If you purchased an item from stormcare.co.uk and want to exchange it, you can do so by returning the item, within 30 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Item(s) purchased from stormcare.co.uk must be returned in new, unused condition and must be unopened in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
