Refund policy

Exchanges:

If you purchased an item from stormcare.co.uk and want to exchange it, you can do so by contacting sales@stormcare.co.uk and, returning the item, within 30 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below . We will arrange for any new items within the value of the existing order to be shipped to the original address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on stormcare.co.uk shop or by calling Storm on +44 (0) 1773 521 309 or emailing sales@stormcare.co.uk.

Returns:

Item(s) purchased from stormcare.co.uk must be returned in new, unused condition and must be unopened in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below and email sales@stormcare.co.uk to let us know why the item is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
